Every Solanna engagement begins with a phone conversation. Joe listens to what you have in mind for the property, answers your questions honestly, and if the fit is right, schedules a private property review at a time you choose.
There is no online form to fill out, no automated follow-up, and no obligation attached to the first call. If Solanna is the right firm for your project, you will know it from the conversation. If we are not, we will say so and, where possible, suggest someone who is.
Solanna accepts three to five projects per year. Minimum engagement $100,000. Please describe your property, timeline, and what has brought you to consider a restoration.

Solanna serves substantial estates across Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, and Maine. For properties outside these four states, we may be able to recommend a firm better suited to your region.
