Led personally by Joe Hodge, we take on a handful of substantial properties at a time—handling structural log and timber restoration and the full estate work that surrounds it, from envelope, copper, and windows to kitchens, systems, and grounds.

We began in the logs.
Three hundred and sixty linear feet of rotted sill logs on an Okemo Mountain estate. Chinking, structural replacement, white cedar half-log facades — rebuilt to what the Northeast climate actually demands.
That work taught us what most of this region's finest houses have in common: they are built of wood, they are old, and they are quietly failing in ways nobody sees until the failure is expensive.
The estates that need that work need everything around it.
